Job Description:

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for setting up AirCar’s financial management systems in Turkey, the U.S. and EU

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executives to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives

​

  • Manage month-end close, and financial reporting

​

  • Lead budgeting process by collaborating with senior management and business groups to design, track and measure annual operating and financial plan

​

  • Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting and short-range, mid-range and long-range planning

​

  • Create internal & external executive reporting documents including board, close and other management presentations

​

  • Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights

​

  • Deploy data visualization dashboards via Tableau or similar software

​

  • Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives

​

  • Facilitate implementation and deployment of ERP systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in startup related finance positions

​

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or accounting

​

  • Experience with fast-growing company with scale

​

  • Strong managerial skills

​

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

​

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

​

  • Self-starter with the ability work both autonomously and as part of a team, hands-on attitude

​

  • Good writing and speaking skills in English, excellent communication, negotiation skills

​

  • Available to travel, if/as required
